Brigitte Addimando is an experienced strategy consultant with demonstrated success in working with clients across multiple industries. Throughout her varied career, her ability to work with clients, successfully navigate business relationships, and clearly articulate a business’ needs and strengths has been a focal point of her success.

Brigitte began her career as a team leader for Honda Performance Development where the complexity and time constraints of auto racing taught her how to solve complex problems while under pressure. Following the successful completion of her MBA, Brigitte managed client and supplier relations for American Express and BarclayCard US where she was primarily responsible for the liaison between large partnerships and internal resources. From there, Brigitte led business development efforts for Energy Plus, a Philadelphia-based retail energy marketer, where her organizational skills and interpersonal strengths were integral to the successful growth of the business. 

 

Outside of work, Brigitte has devoted much of her time to serving as a dedicated director, board member, and board chair for non-profit organizations that seek to improve the lives of young people and provide them with the tools and opportunities they deserve to thrive going forward.

Brigitte received a BSE from Duke University, an MSME from MIT, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School and has completed additional coursework at UCLA and the University of Pennsylvania. She now lives in Philadelphia with her husband Leo and their three children.
